📦 Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, only if:

  • You received a wrong product
  • The product is damaged or defective
    The size/style was not as ordered (for clothing/nests)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Customized / Name-Printed products
  • Used or washed items
  • Products without original packaging or tags

🕒 Return Window

  • Return/exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and properly packed.

🚚 Return/Exchange Process

  1. WhatsApp us at +92 348 0805227 with:
  2. Order number
  3. Product photo
  4. Reason for return
  5. Our team will verify and respond within 24 hours
  6. You will be asked to send the item back via courier
  7. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll:
  8. Ship a replacement (in case of exchange)
  9. Or issue a voucher (in case of return)

💸 Refunds

  • We currently do not offer cash refunds
  • Refunds are given as:
  • Store credit/voucher
  • Or product exchange

📍 Delivery Charges

  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer, unless the mistake was from our side (wrong/damaged item)
